These rules govern the operation of the AlterCPA WatchCat service (hereinafter referred to as the Service). They are mandatory for all registered users. Registration on the site and use of the Service mean your agreement with these rules.
01 Disclaimer
The Service is provided as is (AS IS) without any additional guarantees. We do not guarantee the performance of the Service, its availability in all regions of the world, nor the completeness, accuracy or timeliness of the collected data about offers and payouts.
Monitoring data is collected automatically from external affiliate networks and depends on the correctness and availability of their APIs. Affiliate networks may change or shut down their interfaces at any time, so some changes may be detected with a delay, reflected inaccurately, or missed. Any decisions made on the basis of the Service's data remain the user's responsibility.
You use the Service at your own risk without guarantees from the administration. The administration is not responsible for possible losses associated with the operation or failure of the Service, nor for the actions of attackers that led to interruptions in the operation of the Service or theft of users' data.
02 Your privacy
Handling of confidential data, including affiliate-network credentials, is described in the "Privacy Policy". In short: credentials are stored encrypted and are not shared with third parties.

The Service operates in the jurisdictions of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Seychelles in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Seychelles. In case of violation of the current legislation, the Service administration has the right to block the offender's account. In the event of a dispute, the legislation of the Russian Federation shall prevail.
The Service Administration is not responsible for the actions of its users. Any actions of a user with the Service are the personal responsibility of that user.
The user undertakes to provide the Service only with the affiliate-network credentials they are entitled to use, and to use the Service solely to monitor their own offers and payouts. It is prohibited to use the Service to violate the rights of third parties, the terms of affiliate networks, or for the unauthorized collection of other people's data.

AlterCPA WatchCat is a free service for all parties. Registration and use of the Service require no payment. Since the Service charges no fees, it involves no payments and, accordingly, no refunds.
